Conditions of stay / Contract
• A minimum rental period of one month applies
• We require a security deposit equal to CHF 1'500
to three months' rent
• The final cleaning of the apartments varies depending on the size of the apartment
• The security deposit, the rent and the fee for the final cleaning must be paid prior to your stay
• A notice period of 30 days applies when terminating long-term rental contracts
